PolandFairs is a calendar of trade fairs in Poland. We also coordinate the services exhibitors need at those fairs, with Turkish exhibitors first.
The fair calendar lists the trade fairs at Poland's main exhibition centres, with a page for every fair, venue and organizer, and you can browse it by city, industry or month. For exhibitors we coordinate market advice, booth construction, interpreters and hostesses, translation and logistics. Turkish exhibitors are our main focus; we also help companies from Germany, the rest of the EU and Poland.
Dates, venues and descriptions come from the official websites of the venues and organizers. We re-check each venue's calendar every 14 days, and when a detail is missing we leave it blank instead of guessing. These are the exhibition centres we follow:
Organizers sometimes move a fair, so before you book travel, check the fair's own website: every fair page links to it.
We coordinate from Warsaw: we work out what you need, match you with vetted local partners (booth builders, interpreters and hostesses, freight forwarders) and stay your single point of contact. The on-site work is done by those partners. Every job gets a written quote before you commit, and nothing is booked until you confirm. See our services and packages.
