  • Information you provide via our Contact Form: When you reach out to us for a tailored offer or inquiry, we collect your First and Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, the specific services you are interested in (e.g., Market Consulting, Logistics, Stand Setup, etc.), and any additional details you provide in your message.
  • Newsletter Subscriptions: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your Full Name and Email Address as mandatory fields. You may also optionally provide your Phone Number, Country, City, as well as your preferences regarding "Interested Industries" and "Interested Cities" so that we can tailor the newsletter content to your specific needs.
  • Automatically Collected Data (Analytics): We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors interact with our website. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, geographic location (at a city/country level), and browsing behavior on our site.

3. Why We Process Your Data (and Our Legal Basis)

Under the GDPR, we must have a legal justification for processing your data. We use your information for the following purposes:

Note: We do not currently use your data for targeted advertising or direct marketing campaigns outside of the requested newsletter.

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: Your submitted data is securely stored within our Cloudflare database infrastructure.
  • Google LLC: We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console for website traffic analysis.

International data transfers. Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Specifically, Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are based in the United States. Transfers of your personal data to these providers are safeguarded under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023), which provides a level of protection equivalent to that within the EEA. You can verify our processors' participation in the Framework at dataprivacyframework.gov/list.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Contact Form Inquiries: Stored until your query is fully resolved, and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up or administrative purposes.
  • Newsletter: Stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Analytics Data: Stored according to Google Analytics default retention periods before being automatically deleted.
