Languages

Our on-call list covers Turkish–Polish, English–Polish, German–Polish and Russian–Polish. Ukrainian, Spanish, French and other languages are available on request, depending on who is free on your fair dates.

Interpreters

Consecutive interpreting at your stand, in meetings with buyers and distributors, and in negotiations. Interpreters are briefed on your products before the fair.

Professional interpreter
Professional hostess

Hostesses

They welcome visitors, hand out your materials, collect contact details, staff a registration desk and support product demonstrations. They speak Polish and English, or Polish and another language on request.

Experienced or junior staff

Experienced interpreters and hostesses bring trade fair practice and industry knowledge. Junior staff suit simpler tasks at a lower daily rate. The quote shows which you are getting.

How booking works

  1. 1Send us the fair, the dates, your stand number if you have it, and what you need.
  2. 2We propose people and send you a written quote.
  3. 3Nothing is booked until you confirm.
  4. 4Before the fair, we brief the people we book for you on your company, your products and your key terms.
  5. 5During the fair we stay in touch. If someone cannot come, we look for a replacement and tell you at once.

What we need for a quote

  • the fair, the dates, and the days and hours you need staff;
  • the language pair or pairs;
  • how many people, and their role (interpreting at the stand, in meetings, hostess at the stand or the registration desk);
  • your industry and products, so we can match and brief the right people;
  • a dress code or uniform, if you have one;
  • your stand number and hall, if known.

When to ask

Ideally four weeks before the fair, earlier for the biggest fair weeks in Warsaw and Poznań. At short notice we still try.

Questions and answers

How much notice do you need?

Ideally four weeks before the fair, and earlier for the biggest fair weeks in Warsaw and Poznań. At short notice we still try; tell us your dates and we will say what is possible.

Which languages can your interpreters work in?

Turkish, English, German and Russian with Polish. Ukrainian, Spanish, French and other languages on request, depending on availability on your dates.

What does the price depend on?

On the number of people, the days and hours at the fair, the language pair, the kind of work (stand talks, meetings, presentations), and any travel within Poland. You receive a written quote before anything is booked; we do not publish fixed prices.

Will the interpreter know our industry?

We brief every interpreter and hostess on your company and products before the fair. Send us a product sheet or catalogue in advance. Where possible, we choose people with experience in your industry.

Can you also arrange the stand or logistics?

Yes. Interpreters and hostesses can be booked on their own or together with stand construction, logistics and our other exhibitor services.
