KRAKDENT® 2027 takes place from 8 to 10 April 2027 at Expo Krakow. It is organized by Targi w Krakowie Sp. z o.o.

KRAKDENT is the international dental fair at EXPO Kraków, organized every April by Targi w Krakowie and billed as the largest dental fair in Poland. It combines an exhibition of dental products and services with a scientific programme for dentists, dental technicians, hygienists and dental assistants. The exhibition covers surgery, implantology, orthodontics, prosthetics, prevention and radiology, hygiene and sterilisation, pharmaceuticals, medical clothing, instruments, equipment for dental laboratories and surgeries, surgery furniture and lighting, and software. The 2026 edition, the 32nd, brought 382 exhibitors from 23 countries to 6,426 m² and was visited by 12,057 people. Its training programme, KRAKDENT-edu, includes medical courses, practical workshops and the International Dental Congress DENTAL SPAGHETTI. Exhibitors can enter their products for the fair's Medal of the Highest Quality, and the KRAKDENT MeetUp stage hosts extra events. The fair started in 1993 as DENTAMED and has been called KRAKDENT since 1997.

  1. By 8 February 2027: Apply for Schengen visas if your team needs them, and book hotels near the venue.
  2. By 11 February 2027: Order stand construction, furniture and power, and arrange shipping for your exhibits (goods from outside the EU travel on an ATA carnet): logistics.
  3. By 11 March 2027: Book interpreters and hostesses, and print your materials: interpreters and hostesses.
  4. By 1 April 2027: Final checks: exhibitor badges, move-in times and the stand handover.

Questions and answers

Who can visit KRAKDENT?

Dental professionals: dentists of all specialties, trainees and dental students, dental assistants, hygienists and receptionists, dental technicians, and clinic owners and managers. The fair is for people working in the medical field, and a ticket is required.

What is KRAKDENT-edu?

The fair's training programme: medical courses, sessions and practical workshops, plus the International Dental Congress DENTAL SPAGHETTI. Courses and workshops need a separate sign-up.

Which products are awarded at KRAKDENT?

Exhibitors can enter their products for the Medal of the Highest Quality of the KRAKDENT fair; the winners are announced at a gala.

Are there health campaigns at KRAKDENT?

Yes: in 2026 the fair ran an oral-cancer screening campaign with the Jagiellonian University Medical College and a charity action for Ukraine.
