Transport, Forwarding and Logistics Trade Fair 2027 takes place from 20 to 22 April 2027 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, Nadarzyn (near Warsaw). It is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o.o.
MT TSL is the International Transport, Forwarding and Logistics Fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw, held every April. It covers road, rail, air and water transport: tractor units, trailers and semi-trailers, vehicle bodies, accessories and workshop equipment, fuel stations, forklifts and warehouse equipment, and the services of logistics operators. Exhibitors range from transport, forwarding and logistics companies to makers of trucks, trailers and containers, suppliers of racking, handling equipment and warehouse automation, vendors of software for warehouse management, route planning and shipment tracking, and finance and leasing firms. Visitors are managers and specialists from transport, forwarding and logistics companies, fleet, warehouse and distribution staff, and purchasing and supply-chain professionals. The 2026 edition, the seventh, had 181 exhibitors on 25,000 m². A conference programme, run with the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology and industry associations, covers topics such as tachographs and the EU mobility package, digitalisation and fleet management. The fair takes place alongside Warsaw Bus Expo, the public transport fair.
