Beer Warsaw Expo 2027 takes place from 9 to 11 March 2027 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, Nadarzyn (near Warsaw). It is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o.o.
Beer Warsaw Expo is the brewing-industry fair of Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw, held every year since 2024 and billed by its organizer as the largest fair of its kind in Poland. It covers raw materials and production, brewing technology and automation, bottling, packaging and distribution, biotechnology, laboratory analysis and certification, education and industry support. Visitors are mainly brewers and technologists, along with brewing groups and distributors, retailers, the media, experts and beer enthusiasts. The 2026 edition, the third, had 49 exhibitors on 5,000 m² and 2,488 visitors, and was held together with Wine Warsaw Expo. In 2025 the fair's congress, the Innovation in Brewing Forum, covered subjects such as excise duty and food law, and exhibitors can win trade-fair medals for their product, innovation and stand. In 2027 the fair is part of Warsaw HoReCa Week, together with EuroGastro, World Hotel, HoReCa FoodService Expo and other fairs, with one ticket for all of them.
