Warsaw Print-Tech Expo is the printing-industry trade fair of Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw, held every year and billed by its organizer as the largest printing-technology fair in Poland. It covers printing machines, prepress and bookbinding, print services, advertising and point-of-sale materials, digital, large-format and UV printing, materials, substrates and chemistry, textile printing and personalisation, and trade organisations and media. Exhibitors are makers and distributors of offset, digital, large-format and industrial presses, materials, DTP and RIP software, 3D printing, bookbinding and automation; visitors are owners and staff of printing houses, DTP studios, advertising agencies, publishers, material distributors, buyers and packaging producers. The 2025 edition had 115 exhibitors on 15,000 m² and 6,611 visitors. In 2026 the International Printing Industry Conference ran in three tracks, among them marketing for printing houses and We Love Print, with partners such as the Polish Chamber of Printing and the Łukasiewicz Research Network, and exhibitors could win trade-fair medals in four categories.
