The 25 largest audited fairs (2025)
The ranking uses one source and one year: the audited figures for 2025 published by the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, PIPT (PIPT). Most of these fairs also appear in UFI's European fair statistics, sometimes with slightly different visitor numbers (UFI); we use PIPT's figures throughout. Exhibitors include co-exhibitors with their own staff; net area is the rented space indoors and outdoors; visitors are counted once per event.

How to read the ranking
- Audited figures are lower than organisers' own claims. For BUDMA 2025 the audit counted 438 exhibitors, while the organiser reported nearly 600 (Grupa MTP). MSPO is close in both: 814 audited, 811 in the organiser's summary (Targi Kielce).
- Not every entry is a classic trade fair. AGRO SHOW is an open-air machinery demonstration, the pigeon show's exhibitors are breeders, and the book fairs also welcome the public.
- The most international fairs by foreign exhibitors are MSPO (425), PLASTPOL (370), TRAKO (302) and ITM Industry Europe (250).
- Some fairs are not in our calendar yet: rows without a link are not listed on PolandFairs.com.

The fairs at Ptak Warsaw Expo near Warsaw, and some fairs at EXPO XXI Warszawa such as WorldFood Poland and TransLogistica Poland, are not in the audited data. Their organisers publish their own figures, which are not audited and are not directly comparable with the table above.

Bigger is not always better
The right fair is the one your buyers attend. A specialised fair with a few hundred exhibitors can bring more serious buyers than a large mixed one, and the share of foreign exhibitors shows how international the fair is; ask the organiser for the share of foreign visitors. Compare the visitor profile, ask the organiser for last year's report, and start early: see how to exhibit at a trade fair in Poland.
For Turkish companies, several large fairs on this page are on the Ministry of Trade's 2026 support lists, among them BUDMA and ENERGETAB with national group stands (Ministry of Trade). The 2027 lists had not been published by October 2026. See our guide to Ministry of Trade support for fairs in Poland.
